It’s always a pleasant experience at Dr. Metsger’s office. The staff is friendly, efficient and highly professional.
Jenny is always so kind and efficient... making 6 month exams a breeze. She always listen carefully and answers any concerns. Jenny also conveys to Dr. Metsger or Dr. Clark these concerns. She is definitely an asset to this practice. In addition to Jenny the office staff is always smiling and helpful. Karen is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to working with insurance and financial issues.
I had a fall (AKA “face plant”), which caused a chipped lateral incisor. I called on Monday, the day after the accident and asked to be seen on Tuesday. I was too sore to even try for a same day appointment. There were no openings Tuesday, but offered a Wednesday appointment and an offer if a cancellation occurs. I did receive a call because of a Tuesday cancellation with Dr. Clark. He was awesome!!!!! This was our daughter's first dental visit. Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist was fantastic. The hygienist and dentist explained every little detail to her, let her play with the tools before they went in her mouth, cracked jokes, and gave her some cool stuff on the way out. Our family just started coming here, and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
Do not mind going to this Dental Practice due to the fact the facility is clean, aesthetic, and the staff and Dr. very friendly. The equipment isstate of the art and the staff are very knowledgeable and diligent in their work.
Dr Clark did an excellent job filling my tooth. Francine was very helpful about my change of insurance questions
Besides the top notch dentists, with their many years of experience and the most courteous and professional staff EVER, this office uses high tech equipment and offers the perfect atmosphere in a suite that is not only comfortable but extremely pleasing to the eye.
Your staff was welcoming - the tour of facility is a nice approach - dentist was easy to communicate with & explained in detail what options I had for my situation. I am eager to get my teeth cleaned since you have the modern water cleaning instead of the invasive scraping method; which I dreaded. Even though I live in Somerset PA ....I know Progressive Dental is going to be well worth the drive.
