Worst place ever. They wanted my husband to pay up front which he did even though I mentioned that he doesn't because we never owe what they think we do and now we have to wait 2 weeks for our reimbursement check because they obviously dont know how to look at insurance and see that my out of pocket for each of my visits was 4-7 dollars. How come we have to pay immediately but they dont have to reimbursement immediately?? And you never see the same dentist, its like a merry go round. Nothing is personal.
I called these people because I'm in extreme agony with a horrible toothache and need an emergency extraction immediately... best answer they could give me was its gonna be about 500$ and we could maybe see you sometime in may......needless to say I hung up before becoming completely outraged
