My experience with this group has been awful! No one in that office seems to want to do their Job. Our direct property manager Gary Williams has ignored several voice messaged that I left for him. When the office manager finally got back to me after 2 1/2 weeks of ignored phone calls. She provided with no answers to my Questions. I guess they take advantage of us being out of state.

Had a wonderful experience with Progressive Community Mgmt. The office manager, Robert WIebusch was a true asset in that he was very informative & quick in his response time. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

This company is horrible. Their representative Robert Wiebusch cannot answer simple questions and has repeatedly broken rules and Florida statutes. He has acted on votes that never happened and entered into multi year contracts without proper board approval.He appears to look the other way and lets one long serving board member call the shots. On one occasion he put a lien on an owners unit without a board meeting or due process. That owner was in the process of selling and didn’t have time to fight it.The estoppel at closin... read more
Stay away. Unresponsive. Our manager is constantly letting renters in with no background checks and no approval by Board, clearly stated in our condo docs.
I find our property manager extremely unprofessional & rude. She actually took the tine to drive over to my residence, point her finger at me and verbally attack me about a violation. I understand the violation of removing a dead bush, but to come over on a Sunday and yell at me is unacceptable.
This Property Management company is the absolute worst. These people are truly evil, rude, and flat out nasty. Extremely unprofessional and are clueless when it comes to managing properties. Do not buy in Central Park condos unless you want your property owned by this company. They will harass, accuse, threaten, make up lies, and verbally assault owners and tenants.
