Dr. Tate was a Blessing to me when I began seeing him about 7 months after an auto accident. He treated me so well and listened to me. About a year ago I began having regular massage therapy with Chris. I have gone from having adjustments every 2-3 weeks to 1 monthly massage /adjustment session. I highly recommend him!
I love Dr. Tate. I have had issues with my back for years and without chiropractors, like Dr. Tate, I would not be able to walk. If you are in pain, try chiropractic. You will feel better and your body will love you too.
My husband has suffered back pain for 10 years and has had surgery yet none of the doctors every figured out his problem. Dr.Tate figured it out in one visit and fixed my husband right up. If you have back issues go see Dr. Tate before you have surgery.
Dr. Tate is by FAR the BEST in Crestview! Him and his sweetie Mrs. Leandra have always taken care of me fairly well! They got me back where I needed to be in no time. Progressive Chiropractic is such a wonderful friendly environment and provides exceptional results! You won’t regret it! �

I and my wife go to Dr Tate weekly he is a great guy very personal and really cares for your well being. Me I have allot going on but when he is done I always feel better. My wife she is doing awsome before seeing him she suffered from migraines almost daily now few and far between. The whole team is pure awesome I am very glad to have the opportunity to see him and look forward to it. The man is good at what he does give him a try you won't regret it I promise.
