Dr Richard Ezgur is Absolutely a scammer. All happy to gain my business but then Tried to upsell and make me use my insurance, but my ins would not cover him so he figured it was lost business so then he REFUSED THE PAID GROUPON. had to contact groupon and report him. Do not do any business with crooks like this. He is from chicago and now is in AZ trying to scam more people and their insurances.
