The app that they use is useless and they don't call with your test results. Not impressed with this practice.
This office failed to deliver results for a patient (my mother) who needed a procedure done that required the cardiologist to sign off on proceeding. The cardiologist didn't give the results until the late afternoon on the day of the procedure causing the cancellation of it for my mother. Now she has to wait 5 weeks for her next chance at the procedure and it is for a life or death issue. I will never allow the progressive cardiology office have my mother back as a patient as they obviously don't care about their patients as... read more
