I have been a satisfied customer of Progressive for the past 5 years. In January 2022 I paid $1657.00 for them to do a cam cover reseal on my Audi Q5. 2 years 4 months (2024) after that I was informed the cam cover was "sweating" and they would monitor. In 2025 I was again advised of minor "sweating" around the cam cover. They would monitor. Brought my Mercedes in to get oil change and spark plugs done. The staff are all very friendly and they got the job done fast. Also letting me know about other potential issues. The inspection report they send is also very helpful. Text message service makes it super easy to communicate. Will definitely be back again :)
Just started having our two Minis' maintained here with a service and had all fluids etc replaced. A thorough inspection was done which revealed other problems not noted previously. Very happy with inspection reports and follow up. Have recommended to family.
I would give these guys 50 stars if I could. They take such great care and pay close attention to your vehicle and concerns. Customer service is top notch too. I can’t recommend these guys enough!
