I bought a 2013 Escalade from them and they tried to played all types of games with me. Well, they video & record all of their closings and I said why don't we go back and play the video and you can see what you promised me. All of a sudden they changed their tune and quit trying to scam me, I would not trust them for a minute !!!!!!!

I took my truck back to Progressive to trouble shoot a strange noise. From my conversation with Tom Schmidt, they had a good idea of the cause, before I even called to make an appointment. Between Tom Schmidt, service advisor Bernie Wymer, and another technician, I was well taken care of. My truck was repaired in record time, and I was on the road again, problem solved and rectified!
