Very friendly and helpful on the phone. Low rating due to condition of the truck being far less than advertised including inaccurate as far as bed size. Not a long bed.
This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had!! Absolutely no pressure!! They allowed me to take my time without any pressure to give them a decision. I was driving away with my truck within an hour of making my decision to buy. Fastest car buying experience in my life! I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership!!

Still have issues with the Ford Ranger, have to get someone from where I live to check a possible leak and resolve why the truck is still veering to the right...camber issue. They corrected the a/c not working and had a limited alignment completed. Numerous trips back to the area. Still requires service to resolve the steering. Was quite upset that when the truck had to stay there after I brought it back to them, it was left on the street vs the service shop's lot, was left unlocked and had been was egged. Kind of disappointed cuz they wanted six months of bank records try to explain to them I was going through a nasty divorce I only had 4 months and 3 weeks worth of bank records They said that was an acceptable so I went yesterday and bought a 88 Cadillac Allante but I guess they were just doing their job but sometimes people are in circumstances and they need to make a sections I was only short bob a short time.
