Kept speaking a different language. Was very rude and aggressive. Argumentative and did not know whether or not the transmission was original or not.He told us the car received a complete tune up but when I asked him what was done in the tune up and all he could say was that it got an oil change. An oil change does not count as a tune up. He kept interrupting our conversations to talk on his cell phone, as ways in another language. Very sneaky personality. Do not give him your business.
They contacted me quickly which I definitely appreciate during my search for a new car. It is important to me.

Progressive Auto Center was a relaxed place to look at, drive and ultimately buy an excellent car for an awesome price. The 2007 Ford Focus ZX3 was well detailed and the engine was so clean I had to take a picture and keep it for reference for when it needs to be cleaned up over the next 20,000 miles I will put on it over the next 3 years. This place is one of the worst car lots that I ever had to deal with, I would never Do business with them ever again, and I would never recommend anyone to them. the owner is a total jerk and he is rude, he doesn't care how he talks to you or how he treats you, he doesn't keep any of his cars clean, plus he makes you clean everything yourself.
