It takes little to no effort to ask a person what their preferred pronouns are. It’s a simple question on a new client form that could avoid misgendering a person and causing them a painful/traumatic experience. It has been brought to my attention, and many others, that your salon made a decision to remove this question from the form because you don’t feel like it needs to be asked after an employee went out of her way to add an inclusive question and make all feel welcome. RecommendedAmy Nelson Thomas is fantastic, she is very personable and always checks to see how you want your cut/style. The Salon is beautiful, everyone is so nice from the time you enter until you leave.
Wonderful experience! Friendly and very accommodating. Relaxing for sure and them shampoo recliners are on point. Harley is very talented . I can’t wait to go back
I’ve been going to Karen for my nails for many years. She’s fabulous! Haley at the front desk is a sweetheart! The entire salon is so accommodating and goes well above and beyond. Also a plus that the salon is gorgeous and the stylists and nail techs stay so current. If you need your hair, nails, or toes done...this is the place to go!!

Karen has been doing my nails for over 10 years and I couldn’t imagine anyone else pampering me! She has also turned me on to many other services at Progressions including massages, hairstyling, and waxing. The massages are great. I highly recommend Lily for any of your waxing needs. She makes you feel so comfortable and does a great job. Emily has styled my hair my last few trips to the salon and has cut my hair to my exact vision. Go to Progressions. You won’t be disappointed!!
Karen is my “go to” nail tech. Wonderful experience with her, been for years now. Give the nail techs a try at Progressions, they will not disappoint! And yes, it’s all about “you” when you go!!!
