I really enjoy this complex! Very large living spaces, and the amenities are unbelievable. Definitely the best apartments in Stillwater.
Had a wonderful semester living here! Austin was always so helpful when I ran into trouble. I would definitely recommend living here.
Maintenance guys are very nice! Repairs are very very fast upon request, but they did not give notice for inspection whatsoever. Woke up to them already inside my apartment, yelling to make themselves known and knocking on doors. The inspection was quick and they are very friendly, but I believe some notice of entry is legally required. (2025 Oklahoma Statutes Title 41. Landlord and Tenant §41-128.
