Horrible experience. After moving out, I was charged a $200 fee for a “total floor replacement,” despite having photos from both move-in and move-out showing there was no damage that would justify this charge. I have tried multiple times to dispute the fee and provided photo evidence, yet no one has been able to properly review my case or correct what appears to be a mistake. I had an amazing experience at Brooks at Stillwater! The apartment complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool area is especially nice and was definitely one of my favorite parts of the community. The staff is also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always so nice to interact with. Overall, it’s a great apartment complex and I would definitely recommend it!
