Called to tour an apartment and they got me in the same day and now I love my new home. Thank you for everything! Office staff are incredibly helpful and kind.
I put a load of laundry in the washer. Next thing you know, there was water all over the entry way of the apartment and laundry room. I called the front desk, requested for someone to bring a mop, and almost immediately 2 people appeared at my door. 1 was to repair the issue, the other was to clean up. The issue was found and repaired. The repairman shared with me the issue that was found. The second person had a wet vac, he got most of the water, just not all of it and left.
