Progress Realty is a nightmare to work with. They're property manager Marc Payne is unprofessional, unresponsive, and lazy. The property's he manages are in disrepair. Real estate is an incredibly competitive industry and their are many options. Nearly positive the other reviewer for this business thought they were reviewing a restaurant. Stay clear of these people.
By far the worst and most unprofessional landlords I've ever had. Repairs going months before being poorly done, if not forgotten about entirely. Arbitrary "make it up as they go" policies to extract money from tenants. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
