Long time waiting for unloading 1 piece all day, you don’t have time for take new pickup and you lose a working day due to slow unloading Fire the angry and aggressive security guard with a beard of about 50 years old, shouts and is unable to answer simple questions of the driver, very aggressive and does not respect the driver who is waiting to unload from 8 am to 3 pm. Gesturing and saying get out of the gate, this is private property Disgusting service from the security guard.
Zero work-life balance. This company doesn't want you to spend time with your family. Expect to work massive overtime and not see your loved ones. Progress Rail has a massive turnover rate and there's a reason for it - Dunning-Kruger management. This place has had over 7 plant managers and 2,000 employees in 10 years. You do the math, because management cannot.
