John is nice but april secretary was mean. She made me cry during my appointment i decided i wanted to go and get my monet back and they refused. Im a victim of car accident and dont deserve to be treated this way
Was an excellent visit. John was great at explaining what was going on and what needs done to fix it. Appreciated his patience and honesty. Today I was discharged from Ivy Rehab - what a difference! Was extremely successful experience. My therapist was John,along with the aide Evan. Both were fantastic! It wasn’t always easy but they were always encouraging and made adjustments when necessary.
