Took my 3 babies for their first vet appointment today. Being as it was their first time as was my first time taking them I was nervous as to how they would be cared for and handled. However, after meeting Dr. T and staff I felt extremely reassured that my babies were in very good hands. Shout out to progress park!
The staff are prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great experience at every appointment!
I couldn’t imagine taking my boys anywhere else!! Jax and Blu love the staff and they are amazing with them!
I brought a kitten here when I found it inside a delivery truck that came from Texas here in the middle of summer. It only survived because it was a refrigerated truck. (Refridgerator was not on though) so it kept it cool inside the truck for the ride. They seen the kitten immediately and found out she was less than 3 weeks old. I just went with my mother on Christmas Day to get her cat, Domino, who was being treated for three nights for kidney failure. I’m not sure of her name, but she was unbelievably caring and helpful. I’m super impressed:)
I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with the care and commitment my toy chihuahua, Mack, received from Dr. Hasty and her entire staff. We were welcomed into the facility as a walk- in and were treated as though we were lifelong clients. Mack was seen shortly after we arrived and most importantly was back to his normal self within days of the appointment!As long haul truckers who don’t see their home (in Florida) for months at a time it was nice to find Progress Park ... More concerned about nickel and diming you for every little thing, than the well being of your pet. First time we took him in for a teeth cleaning appointment, there was an emergency cat that came in and sent us home because they wouldn't have time to give our dog the proper care he needed. The second time we went in for the same appointment, they told us that they would not clean our dogs teeth without the permission to remove at least 1 tooth, before they even took his x-rays, sent home a second time because they said they... read more
Dr. Bailey is my absolute favorite. So kind and understanding. My family has taken all of their pets to Progress Park since I was a little girl and I will continue to take my own pets here!
