These people never answer the call, till now they had not told me my report it’s been year still. I tried to call 1 million times but they are not answering and if they don’t answer the call, I am gonna file complain to CPSO. So as per them we have to visit doctors office even if we want to book an appointment, is this a new rule at all doctors offices??? Please reply me or give me a call back or else next week i am filing complaint to CPSO
They never pickup the call! Even their voice mail queue is full. There is no way to contact your family doctor. Doctor are good but they need to invest some on the phone system/reception.

Dr. Misha, Dr. Siva as well as Admin. Assistants, the Receptionists, all go above and beyond in professionalism. They are all a cohesive team and truly care.
