I’ve been living in this rental crap for about 2 1/2 years I had a OK stay for the first manager but the new manager which lives above me is a piece of work for when we have a very small patio in front of our apartment for which we can put furniture or plants we don’t have anything but I take care of my elderly father and sometimes he has accidents in the bathroom therefore I have to clean constantly mopping the floor when we set them off outside this evil witch harasses my father in sales and she does not like seeing it out... read more
The rent at Cedar Glen Apartments has increased by a MINIMUM of $100 per month every year since we moved in. In the 4 years we have lived here, they have instituted a pay for parking policy, removed several of our trees, cemented over the barbeques, and allowed the parking lot to degrade. Today the pool was closed by the health department because the fence is too short, the lock is broken, and the pump was off at the time of inspection. Progreess Management......at Sunset Gardens El Cajon ..Wow....i can't believe that after raising the rent by 300-500 in the past 12_14 months...you would think they would do something about the trash. They have no security cameras installed...managment does nothing about tenants noise complaints of the kidsy. MANAGEMENT have been told about the kids climbing in trees and on top of the buildings or destroying the plants..or maybe they dont want to see who's littering all the in our apartments......they don't even try to hand... read more
