I have had nothing but great experiences here with my therapist Johnny Gallegos, my psychiatrist Soyoung Ye, and the office staff. Everyone has been wonderful! I ask for letters of recommendation and they are in my email as requested 24-48 hours after requesting. As a person with very few spoons left, I had been hopeful about using my spoons at Progeny to resume treatment. However, my appointments tend to be short and I get the sense that I am just being processed; like a sheep waiting to be sheared, my wool being traded for cowry shells, my body being thrown out into the cold pastures. I don’t know why this clinic gets so many good reviews. I am new to the clinic and so far my experiences have not been good. First of all, after talking to them on the phone, I realized the clinic isn’t that good. The front desk hang up the phone on me even though I still want to talk to them. This happened twice already. The front desk people need to work together to help patients. These days, humans use the phone to contact people all the time. I just think progeny health isn’t doing a good job with phone calls
