One of the best decisions I've made in 50 years was coming to Profound. From the phone conversation with my admissions counselor until the discharge meeting with my therapist and case worker I felt cared for.
I feel like Profound has helped me tremendously. I wanted to quit drinking and they set me up with the tools to be able to continue sobriety after my 30 day stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful they call us clients and not patients. I felt welcome since the minute I got here and the accommodations are excellent. The food is healthy and plentiful and delicious.
Profound Treatment was truly a Profound experience to say the very least. Recovery is something I always ran away from, even after 3 DUI'S. It was impossible for le to quit drinking and drugging on my own. I took a leap of faith and agreed to give Profound a shot. Randal was such a light for me in a dark time. While detoxing in my first week, he would always pop his head into the room and have a big smile that made me feel comforted and as the days went on and I became more coherent, I would find myself looking for that happy guy that was always smiling.
