Profound saved my life. I was on my way to death, desperate to find a rehab center that could accommodate me with my autism and adhd. It was so hard to find a rehab that could allow me to decompress any time I needed to instead of being on the go constantly. I learned so much in the 30 days I stayed here. I did not want to be there AT ALL the first night I arrived, but gilbert (shoutout my rehab dad) is a saint and is the REASON I made it through. So I am coming to the end of my stay at the Oxnard house. Thank God. First I must say the tech staff here, with the exception of one individual is absolutely great and deserve 5 stars. And the facility is not bad either, as well the cheff is great and very nice. Now that being said the reason for only 2 stars is the clinical staff should get 0 stars and I mean none. Profound really walked me through making a change. Jesse has always been great to me and they became family and helped me with so many things, really actually cared! Along with that Profound all together was & has always been amazing to me, they really care about their clients and I’m so glad I got an opportunity to be apart of their community. Jesse at Profound saved my life!! I was homeless living in my car in my addiction and when I called Profound Jesse was so loving and caring and guided me to get to California from Washington state.
