Absolutely love Profound, they took me in for the 2nd time with no judgment or hesitation. They genuinely help those who seek it and provide medication for withdrawals, an amazing chef that cooks meals 3 times a day, outings to different places such as hiking or the movies or mini golf , therapy and group meetings to discuss trauma and skills to avoid relapse. All the staff is amazing including Doug, Heather, Helina, Zach & Kaila. Thankyou

Going to profound was the best decision I've made in my life. It is nothing like any of the other places I have been to. They not only help you through the detox but there is treatment after. 4 groups a day and therapy. They dont just treat the physical addiction but the underlying issues that cause us to turn to drugs and alcahol. The staff have all been in similar situations so they know exactly what we are going through and are eager to help. We are allowed to have our pets which is a God send. My time at profound has been profound. Needless to say, the staff from the first encounter with the transportation, big John welcomed me with open arms. He welcomed me and as soon as I came to the house, shout out to the staff at Penfield they have all been there especially Brian and Jennifer's. Love the alumni department as well and my case worker. Lastly but not least Nate the program manager his testimony was touching and inspiring.
