Profound properties has been a great company to work with renting out my house. They are very personable and make the process simple and pain free. Service is great and fees are fair.
They just installed a very bright light that shines onto our balcony making it so that we cannot use the balcony with my photosensitive son. I contacted Profound Properties and they did not seem to care, as I expected. They say they "had to do it for safety", but for the past year they've had a light that was less bright and they had absolutely no problems.
