Without a doubt THE best physical therapy clinic in Lincoln! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff who are absolutely 100% devoted to the well-being of their patients. I have complete confidence in my physical therapist, Staci-- both in rehabilitation of current injuries as well as prevention of further injuries. As a trainer, I also appreciate her taking the time to explain the biomechanics surrounding my injuries.
Awesome! Matt, Staci, Tabitha, Brett, Megan...well quite frankly EVERYONE on there staff is professional and personable! As a patient I was pushed to get maximum results! The whole staff cares about patients and their improvement! Over the years I have needed PT on a number of occasions....this time for a knee replacement! Our teenage daughter tore her ACL and did her rehab with Matt and his wonderful staff at Proformance. Because of them less than 6 months after her injury she is back to playing sports! Highly recommend Proformance Physical Therapy!!!
