Hello, The employee was extremely engaging, courteous, explained what he was doing, as well as what the next service would entail. Well-trained and good customer-facing qualities. We haven't had an issue with pests over the winter, so the service has been effective. That said, each summer, a tree in the front yard (on the right as one is facing the home) become infested with some sort of beetle-like pest that eats the leaves, impacting its aesthetics.
