I lost my job so I called them to cancel their services, TWICE. The first idiot I called, instead of canceling he reduces the amount I was charged, without me knowing about it. I called them back to tell them to cancel their services, AGAIN.. I keep getting emails from them telling me to call them to cancel. I am not calling these fucking idiots again.
Do not use ProForce for any reason. This is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review on a company. After the first regular service on August 11th, I found over 4 fire ant hills in my yard. Two of them being right at the entrance to my drive way, right next to where the service guy parked his truck. The services they do are horrible and pay no attention to detail.
