I've been a customer for over 8 years now. Salon has reasonable pricing, good amount of seats and everything. What it really exceeds at is competent staff. They are constantly trained at new techniques, better quality products and such. Whether you have very conservative approach to hairstyle, or want to try something new and daring, most likely these people got you covered. I had an appointment for a special occasion style for a wedding. A week before, the salon called and said the stylist had an injury and would not be able to work that day. Then I was told they were not able to reschedule me with anyone else that day, so my appointment was cancelled. Now I’m scrambling, a week before the wedding, to find an appointment somewhere else. My boyfriend went into Profile’s today to totally transform his look. He has unusually curly and long hair and he has always wanted a solid Mullet, just to say he did it, and today was the day. I don’t think our stylist had any idea what was coming but I just want to applaud her. Our stylist was Maura and she was so unbelievably sweet and patient during the whole process.
