I would recommend Profiles to everyone! Awesome customer service! My girl Dottie Dukes has been giving me beautiful hair for 30 years now! She has always listened to my ideas or gives me better ones!!
Hands down, the only salon I refer friends and family to. Kerry Curtis, the only hands I surrender my head to (although everyone is more than qualified to take care of your needs). The place is attractive, exceptionally clean and well ordered, the employees are gracious and kind, pricing is excellent. You won't leave disappointed!
What can you say about a salon that goes over and above expectations? First of all, let me explain. I had been diagnosed with kidney failure and was given a chest catheter for immediate dialysis access. With a chest catheter in, I was unable to shower or take baths. Enter Jackie from Profiles Hair Studio. Every week, sometimes twice a week, she washed my hair and blew it dry so I could be clean and fresh, despite having a chest cath. This hair salon is fabulous. Such great, friendly people. Lynn has cut my hair for the last 4 years. She is wonderful. I have two cowlicks on the back crown of my head and , if you cut it any old way, I look like I have horns. Not good!!!! Lynn took the time to look at my hair and she is skilled enough to work around the cowlicks. Voila, no horns! Thanks Lynn. All receptions are great, but my favorite is Johni (spelling?). Norma to the rescue to get my hair in control before my conference in Kansas City. The salon is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and professional on what they do. It was my first time having hair cut and color with the salon but it was a fabulous experience. Thank you.
