Had Profile do our ensuite and kitchen Reno last summer. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help make my dream kitchen a reality. Stephanie was amazing and was able to create a kitchen design that I am in love with everyday. While, Tony and his crew were amazing to work with.
Stephanie and Tony are amazingly down to earth, practical and fair. Great price to replace out 36 windows!
Tony (Project Manager) has been a huge help in co-ordinating all the different crew involved in my renovation. All the crew were professional. I felt comfortable with leaving the house while they were working. They cleaned up after all the jobs. I was also informed each day who and when they were coming to my home. All in all I was very happy with a job well done!
Great job renovating our 2 bathrooms and replacing the Poly-B piping. The advice given at the outset about what should be done while still considering our preferences and our budget was right on. The subtrades showed up at the appointed times and were professional in their work and manner. Throughout the reno, the work was perfectly explained and supervised, with updates about what was happening next on a daily basis, and all questions addressed. The experience of doing buisness with Profile renovations was very positive from the first meeting with Tony to look over what was needed to remove the old bath tub and put in a walkin shower and give me a quote then to the completion of the work. The work was done in timely manner in the time promised and the job turned out very well very , pleased with my new shower.
