I had wanted our bathroom updated for the last 5 years and we finally decided to go ahead. A friend recommended Profile and I am so grateful. What an excellent adventure recreating our en-suite with Profile Renovations. From the initial communication we sent to Tony to the advice and guidance provided by Stephanie to the ever-present handyman Karl, our experience has been exceptional. The process of renovating our bathrooms was very smooth. Profile Renovation demonstrated professionalism from the planning stage to completion. Tony, the project manager, was super! He offered advise, but did not try to sell us a product we didn't want. For example, he suggested that we forego installing a rain shower because we probably won't use it much. And, he is right! Karl, who did most of the work was friendly and easy to talk to. We love our updated bathrooms! Shirley
