My interactions with Profile employees have all been professional and courteous. The receptionist (Janine?) has been polite and willing to help, every time I've spoken to her. I haven't always agreed with the strata manager but she has always been fair and puts in the work - going above and beyond with an ongoing alarm issue, for one. Ineffective in every aspect.
My experience with Profile Properties has been very frustrating. The strata agent, Kathleen, rarely replies unless multiple follow-up emails are sent, and even then the responses are minimal and indifferent. Concerns are not meaningfully addressed, leaving owners without proper support. A property management company should be responsive and accountable, but unfortunately that has not been our experience with Profile Properties.
Response Time? Nonexistent. Customer Support? Completely Absent. Professionalism? Severely Lacking. Dealing with Profile Properties Ltd has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Reaching someone—anyone—feels impossible, even when the matter is urgent. On the rare occasion you get through, you’re met with indifference and zero accountability.
