Let me start off by saying the coaches Profile has are really nice and caring. But here's where I have problems with the company: the results aren't sustainable and the "coaches" aren't real health coaches with actual nutritional training. Rather, they are glorified salespersons for their products. Profile prides themselves by saying they're associated with the Sanford Health system (based in South Dakota) and a physician founded it.
