As someone totally new to the world of medical cosmetics; I felt comfortable, confident and intrigued by Alex’s demeanour and expertise. She takes ample time to provide education and answer questions. She gives honest feedback and advice regarding what measures are appropriate and safe for all skin types. She is kind, patient and wise. I believe there are new owners and the woman owner at the front desk (I forget her name) is SO nice. Friendly and easy to talk to. Love this place!
