Katie is a great coach! Helpful and friendly staff all around. It is a very easy program. Nothing to lose, except weight, for trying it out.
I can't say enough great things about Profile. I have lost over 60 pounds and feel great. I am at my ideal weight and it is staying off. It is so wonderful to hear people I know say how amazing I look. This plan is so simple and easy with no exercise required. I highly recommend this program to everyone.
What sets this program apart from other programs I have done is the personal counseling available each week with membership. Being able to sit down with a coach and discuss the highs and lows of the week, and have them answer any questions or help you analyze any problems is what helps make Profile so successful.
I have lost about 60 pounds. And have kept it off. Great support and accountability team. Amazing products that actually taste great. I feel good. It's all about balance and making wise educated choices.
