I started Profile in April just trying to eat better and feel better. This program surpassed my expectations. I feel great and have lost 30 lbs. My coach, Katie, has been amazing. She’s realistic, motivating, and truly cares about her clients’ progress. If you’re wanting a change and can’t figure out how to do it, I highly recommend you check out Profile!
Follow the directions and this plan works. The weight melts off. And you get sweet shakes and protein bars regularly so not too painful. Profile must have done the science because my weight slowly but steadily went down. Weekly coaching sessions allowed me to face and find solutions to any issues. Profile has changed the lives of my whole family. Over 200 pounds lost as a family. A1C is at a healthy level and no more BP or Cholesterol meds. And now we count our Profile team as part of the family, especially Katie, Tyler, and Asia!
I have yet to actually go to the physical location yet, but I have enjoyed my last year with Profile and owe all 100+ pounds lost to the wonderful people in Frisco. Thanks for accompanying me on this amazing journey!

I love my Coach Matt Aquino. He gives advice, encouragement and doesn't judge. I've lost 43 pounds so far on this journey. Still a long road ahead but I know "he will be there for the me".
