PPM was helpful, efficient, and professional. Coleen and her staff have taken care of my rental property for 2+ years. They found me a great tenant and worked to keep that family and me informed about the property. Any problems were promptly and fairly dealt with.
I've been renting from them for 4 years great people to work with would highly recommend them to anyone.
Worst experience I've ever had! Unprofessional to say the least. Lied to from the beginning. Blamed for numerous issues that were pre existing before I moved in and charged for it. Even got out of my lease just after 2 months because they lied. I even found a previous tenant who had exact same issues and got out of his lease too
Have been renting with them for 3 years and they are outstanding in their profession, would highly recommend renting or using them to manage your property.
This firm has managed my rental units for over 2 years, I live in Denver and they have stepped up and found Qualified residents, improved cash flow while upgrading the properties with their in-house well qualified maintenance team. Immediate response to questions and request along With a great efficient professional front office staff. It has been a very good. working relationship knowing they have my business interest in mind. We switched to ppms after renting from another local company. We are both so pleased. We have never had any problems. Any time anything has needed fixed, their maintenance was there right away. Ppms is the only place we have ever rented from that actually cares about their tenants. I would always recommend ppms to anyone looking for a house. Plus the place was spotless when we moved in. I give ppms 10 stars. Definitely not a slumlord like some other canon city property managers.
Ppms is a caring compassionate company. They have taking amazing care of my family and I. Colleen and everyone in the office is very sweet and caring. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants someone to care about their living space.
Proffesional Property Management is the furthest thing from "professional" that I have ever seen in my life. Coleen had her licensing suspended at one time & should again. They do not make tenants take care of the propertiesor the yards, they don't fo regular inspections or checks if the properties, they rent to people with bad credit & just charge more, they don't check on the properties or maintain them as they are supposed to, they charge tenants for repairs that weren't made when they leave a property & also tell the own... read more
Issue after issue. Dealt with many leaks, electrical problems (ATMOS has a report), black mold (2 of my dogs DIED due to the black mold) plus the place was left disgusting after workers finished and never cleaned up! Pieces of pipe and junk was left in the basement by them as well. Their personal maitanace man took it upon himself to help himself to two boxes of our movies!
