Had no heat all day and I called and they tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone. When it couldn't be resolved they sent a guy out within an hour (which is amazing with as cold as our temps are). Very honest and hard working! Stuckwith the problem until it was resolved and very fair pricing! I highly recommend!!!!!
Found water and a crack in our very old unit. Larger company said it would be two days before they could come out. Happened to ring this company (not knowing they were just down the street). Small operation with attention to detail. Cole returned the very next morning and installed a new unit (quickly I may add) for us at a great price. Would definitely recommend over larger companies. They will be our new go to for all HVAC needs! Thank you Cole and gang!!
Moved into a new home a little over a year ago and our old AC unit had always struggled to maintain a decent temperature in the summer. Proficient Heating and Cooling came out to diagnose the issue and we decided to go with a whole new AC installation. I couldn’t be happier with the decision.
