I've had several Palmers refinished, shafts made, and rewrapped. All the work was1st class and returned quickly. I would highly recommend Scot to anyone who needs repair work.
The cue I sent in for repair probably looks better now than it did when it was brand new. I couldn't be happier with the customer service or quality of work!!
