They re-wrapped my 1980 Joss West and it looks like new! The old linen was getting so thin you could see the color of the wood underneath it. I was very nervous sending off my cue that to me is irreplaceable but they do this every day and assured me it would be fine. Their prices are fantastic and I had my cue back right away. I'm very happy with their quality of work and materials. Since I use my cue all the time I'm sure I will be sending it back someday for a full refinish job!
Just got my fancy 2002 8 point Tucker back from Scot Sherbine @ Proficient. The cue came back looking like it was brand spanking new! I had them install a new black lizard wrap and it looks great, the seam is practically undetectable. Also, had them make me a new 30" shaft with matching ringwork and it's great. All in all, I am very, very happy with the results. Kudos to Precision Billiards, they are awesome and I would recommend them without any hesitation to anyone looking for cue refinishing or repair.

Recently had my Jensen refinished and had an ee wrap put on. They did a great job. Good price and quick. Very happy. Have better pictures if anyone would ever want to see.

Sent my Meucci 95-14 in to be refinished. I'm pretty sure they chucked it in the trash and sent me a brand new one instead! This cue looks absolutely amazing! Fantastic job on my Falcon cue! Re-finished the butt, replaced cracked joint, re-wrapped the linen, re-finished and sealed the shaft. The cue is like new, just awesome! Timely communication, quick turnaround. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommendable!
