Terrible business model do not trust them at all. Classic ******************* business model is giving you absurdly low price quote of 50% - 80% off and then when the day arrives to ship your car/product they will charge you 150% of market value and disregard any promises they had before.The representatives are located in ***** and have the ethics of used car salesmen and snake oil peddlers. Avoid at all cost unless you want to lose your money.

Profexo is a scam!!! DO NOT HIRE THEM.!!!! WE NEVER RECEIVED ARE *** BACK FROM THEM!!!! We hired them April 29th, 2023 to transport our car from ********** to *********. The driver had texted ** on May 9th, ************************************************ 30 minutes at 3:00pm that day. He never showed up. He then texted us again that he will be dropping the car off at 7:00pm that same day.. He never showed up again!!!! Prodexo Inc, is a scam, they will quote the lowest price for auto transport and then before the pickup they raise the price when they know you will not be able to find another auto transporter. Stay away form this dishonest company.

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever recieved. Once they got a deposit, their prices changed and so did the promised dates. They promised a delivery date of Saturday and my car arrived Monday at 8 pm. The driver was from Top Team Carrier LLc, he was bossy, extremely rude ********** *******. Profexo and him never communicated and both called me nonstop at work requesting the same information. The driver requested $1100 cash at 8 pm. He said he only accepts cash, Zelle or Venmo. Crooked lying people. Based on the other reviews, I got their verbal assurance the quoted price would not change, once the deposit is made it increased by almost double. This company is not trustworthy. It should be avoided, ignore their quotes.

Company changes pricing after initial quote. Dishonest. Stay away from this company.

Terrible experience. Quoted low price, so I paid the deposit. Huge delays. Eventually said they could get a driver but it would be 70% more.
