Stay away from this scam of a company! They are as dishonest as the day is long. I made arrangements to ship my car from *********** to *******. I was quoted a price that seemed extremely reasonable and paid them $145 deposit. I was given a window of dates to pick up my vehicle. About a month after I received a phone call from *******. I think the Profexo business should be banned. Admittedly I am new in dealing with the shipping business, but their behavior is just unbeliveable. While trying to complete a shipping transaction with another business this jerk at Profexo started jacking up his bid to attract drivers to him for my shipment. I had been given his business name, and called him numerous times to stop interfering with me. A Profexo employee, ***************************** - if thats even his name is the most ANNOYING stupid idiot out there. This guy will NOT STOP HARASSING ME after I have told him, and Profexo countless times that my car has been shipped weeks ago and to remove me from any future communications. I am being harassed by them.

Do not hire these people ,they will tell you their mom is dyeing in order for them to delay the shipment , i got confused i hired them because they had good reviews but i just noticed i was looking at Profexo Shipping and not Profexo Inc DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

DO NOT use Profexo under any circumstances. They quoted me $675 for a one-way shipment which was a fantastic price, in fact I almost felt it was too good to be true until I carefully read through the contract and found no hidden fees or misleading language. I felt comfortable and signed, then paid the deposit. Then, the day before scheduled pickup, I called to confirm the expected arrival time as I had not heard from anyone at the company. Horrible service and are very dishonest. Got an estimate to ship vehicle from ** to ** for $695. Placed $145 as deposit and pick up date set and confirmed by company. On day of pick up, they raised price from $695 to $1,195, and was promised that vehicle to be picked up same day. It was picked 2 days after promised date. Good thing neighbor was there to help. Absolutely horrible service. Agreed to a price, signed a contract then they decided to raise the price $800 the *** of pickup. Told them there was no way I could afford that and decided to get a U-Haul and take my car on my own. Then they even tried to charge me a cancellation fee of $200, when they are the ones that breached the contract. The contract specifically says that the price cannot change, so dont trust it. I would not recommend this company to anyone, absolutely horrible service and they barely understand English.

I have a car in ** that I had contracted with US Car-Go Freight to haul for me for a very reasonable price. Profexo has manipulated my deal in some way and caused the price to triple what I had agreed to pay. US Car-Go Freight's hands are tied as they can't get a driver to pick it up now. I've tried for over a week to contact Profexo with no returned or answered calls. Meanwhile, I'll get banned from buying on this auction if I can't get my car picked up and brought to **. I try for over 2 weeks to send my car from ** to sea and I deal with a lot of scammers until I find this guys they give me a price and never change my car was picked up the day was agree and delivery a week later I was very happy with there service I spoke with ***** he was the one to help me to find a driver and my car arrive in ******* las Sundays. Thanks for all the help for my experience I will recommend them ??
