Very sweet and accommodating, compassionate and professional. Dr. Ball called my daughter at home the next day after an eye injury just to check on her because she was worried. Above and beyond
My wife and I relocated from Maryland and I needed to find an Optometrist. My wife had just had an eye issue and used Professionals in Eye Care with "Glowing" results. I made an appointment, met with Dr. Ball, had the eye Exam, was fitted for glasses and also made aware of a potential eye problem for which they helped me sec are an appoint with a Specialist that services London from Lexington. Been going here for years. Love the super friendly staff and love Dr. Ball. Best Eye Doctor around!!!
Overly priced glasses, and doctor is very pushy about buying glasses for her and no where else. But all the rest of the staff is very polite and helpful.
