I had a detail on 8/6 on my Ford Explorer at 11:00 that was terminated by a torrential downpour around 16:00. When finished (NOT completed!) the detailer advised me that there’s an “upcharge” for excessively dirty conditions. I strongly disagreed with the detailer especially since my instructions were to OMIT the cargo area, ONE THIRD of the vehicle. I'm sorry Bob that you could not bare with us on this matter. My tech was like you said, caught in a downpour before we could finish our mobile detail at your residence! You and I have discussed already that you were to drop it off this week so we could finish out what could not be finished in the rain. Secondly the vehicle was vary excessive which allowed for a much longer clean time. I’ve had detailing done from other places before and there’d always be a couple things i’d find that’d make me regret my decision. I’m glad to say that my experience with Cory and his team was leaps and bounds better. Not a single nook and cranny was left unchecked inside and out. This is the best detailing shop I've visited! These guys take so much pride in their work and explain the benefits to all the services they offer. They do incredible work and are the gold standard when it comes to protecting your investment. They have a large indoor shop so whatever the weather is like outside, they can do outstanding work all year. I received the exterior platinum detail and highly recommend it because of the clay bar.
