Thank you, thank you to the team at Professional Vision. I was a silly and sat on my glasses over the weekend! In the middle of the pandemic. The team was so kind to take emails over the weekend and today I went and stood on the sidewalk (masked) while they fixed the bent frame and temples back in place. They are the best!! Excellent service and happy faces.
My wife had a detached retina, & later discovered s hole in her macula. This idiot sent her to one of his buddies on Reistertown Road. The ophthalmologist had a $$$$ great business. Her care at all levels invites all to think twice before walking through their doors. She should have been immediately to Wilmer in Columbia. Stay away, far away from this practice 👎👋

I picked up my glasses yesterday and was so pleased and excited to try on my one of a kind Gucci frames. I know I will be one of the few in the area rocking these fabulous frames!!!! See Teka for all of your vision needs.

I had a great experience yesterday. I was early for my appt and expected to wait. I was very surprised when I was taken back to start my exam within minutes. Dr. Bender was knowledgeable and thorough. The staff were open, friendly and extremely helpful when it came to choosing new frames. It was nice to get multiple, unbiased opinions. Now I understand why several of my friends recommended Professional Vision!
