Cleanup was almost nonexistent. Branches, leaves, and sawdust were left behind despite being told cleanup was included.
The team seemed inexperienced and disorganized. Lots of standing around and arguing about what to do next.
Quoted one price but billed significantly more at the end. The explanation for extra charges was vague and unhelpful.
Unsafe work practices. Minimal safety gear, and branches fell dangerously close to the house and driveway.
Crew damaged my fence and garden while trimming and refused to take responsibility. No apology or follow-up offered.
