Enrique and his team are outstanding! He gave very thoughtful advice on how to address our tree problems. Was prompt, friendly, professional and competitively priced. 10/10 recommend.
I've had Professional Tree Services over twice to look after an Eastern Redbud tree, which is a prize tree on the street. They also helped to rescue a tree severely damaged by a neighbour's renovation, rather than having to take it down. Very happy with this company. Enrique is very professional, super friendly, understands what's being asked and explains what will be done. They're always on time and clean up well.
Cleanup was almost nonexistent. Branches, leaves, and sawdust were left behind despite being told cleanup was included.
The team seemed inexperienced and disorganized. Lots of standing around and arguing about what to do next.
Quoted one price but billed significantly more at the end. The explanation for extra charges was vague and unhelpful.
