Won’t ever do business with them anymore. They were rude over the phone and didn’t seem to care about my questions. Thankfully, there are other roofing companies in the area!
Sorry to leave this review as I have had a great experience previously with Cary in our business relationship as I did online services for him. He promised to pay, indicated the check was in the mail, emails saying he was busy or on vacation and would get back to me, not to stop services but that everything was great and after many MANY attempts, even a demand letter from my attorney, still has yet to pay the 3 months past due. The gentleman came to my house twice before I made my decision, to address and explain any and all concerns. The materials, installation and cleanup was as promised. Just put on a new roof and wanted to put out major kuddos to Professional Roofing Systems! These guys ROCK! The owner met with me to do the estimate. Did the inspection and explained everything to me in detail. The big 3 they delivered: ON TIME, did what they said they were going to do in the amount of time they said they'd do it, cleaned up after themselves.
