The men who were installing my solar tube informed me that I had multiple cracks with some roof tiles and that my flat roof was rippling. PRS was the roofer who had been hired by the HOA to resurface the flat roofs so I called them to come and inspect mine. After multiple phone messages that were not returned I contacted the BBB. I have to suspect that the 5* ratings here are fake, as this is probably one of the worst companies I've dealt with in a long time. I had a foam, spray on roof done by PRS in 2013 after being referred to them by another roofer that did not offer that service. Not only was the job poorly done in the first place (the sloping is horrible, therefore it doesn't drain well, and there's too many pockets and low lying areas to count - that create pools of water), now it's starting to bubble and crack, which can & will create larger ... read more
I called this company for a estimate on some roof repairs a person showed up without a tape measure no business card never even got on my roof to look at the damage I asked him for a estimate he told me he would have to email it to me I contacted their office and was told they would take care of me it's been two days and no response since then I've gotten another two companies to give me estimates and hired one so do buisness with this company at your own risk.
New to Vegas I had to choose a roofing company on internet reviews and price alone. PRS came in at a reasonable rate and had good reviews. The work was done when I was out of town and unfortunately was incomplete. I contacted Roberto, the foreman, and he was back the next day to finish the job while appologizing the entire time. Work was quality and their follow up to the prolem was outstanding.
Fast service and professional job with no BS. Shingled half of my house and did good cleanup afterwards. I would do business them again and recommend them to my friends.
Fantastic experience! I needed a new roof and must have called about 10 companies. PRS was the only one that answered the phone. They set the sales appointment and two nice gentleman, dressed professionally came to see me a few days later. They showed me photos of my roof, helped me pick a color, talked about the safety and their overall organization. The job started when they said and finished when they said. Very good, very good indeed.
I had a difficult roof on an older custom home that we purchased several years ago. The roof is flat and always leaked as well as held heavy water on the roof. I called several companies all of which told me they would not be able to correct the ponding water. PRS designed a roofing system that created the proper drainage off my roof and also added gutters and downspouts to avoid water flowing into my Porte Couchere. Excellent, Fantastic, If your looking for a roofing company do yourself a favor and make one call. My 82 year old mother had a horrible roof problem. I called every roofing company in the phone book. A few of them came and sat at my mothers table, ate pizza and drank bottled water and all I heard was, I don't know, were not sure, it's hard to say, but they all said one same thing, Let us tear your roof off and then we'll tell you the price.
