Jerry is a very knowledgeable Realtor and would highly recommend him in every aspect of real estate. He helped in selling our house and to find a new home. The home we decided on needed a lot of repairs but he helped us to see past that and envision how the home would look when complete. We absolutely love our home and being so close to our children.

We found Jerry to be an extremely knowledgeable realtor who is very easy to work with. Before we signed a contract with Jerry, he met with us and discussed information that we had not even thought about. He gave us a packet showing his research of the surrounding area/properties that he used to determine the asking price for our home. Jerry was willing to speak with us at any hour to answer any questions or concerns that we had, and he did an exceptional job of negotiating with the seller so that we could get the best price for our home!
