I just called all of the management companies in Durango & Ed was the only one to pick up the phone. His knowledge and experience was immensely valuable and I would strongly recommend going with this company if you want a hands off landlord experience. Thanks for taking the time to chat Ed.

I think Ed and Victor are highly unprofessional when it comes to property management. They hide behind their incompetence and as a reason for failing to manage our property. 1) Ed commingled our vrbo account that we paid for in full with another account without recognizing the poor nature of that decision. We have 24 photos and three legitamate reviews versus the other property having 9 photos and no reviews. PPM manages our vacation rental property in Durango, CO and I only have great things to say about the service and attention we've received from Victor and Ed. PPM is privately owned, run like a professional, friendly company should be and they are very efficient under all situations.
