From the inception of inquiring about a rental, PPM has never once answered their phone. The first time or two I thought, maybe they're busy but then realized they just don't care about customer service and they'll get back when/if they feel like it. It's a Cracker Jack company with unknowledgeable owners/management. They were hollering from one desk to the other trying to figure out how to fill out the lease paperwork.
