Chris did a great job and cleaning clogged bathtub drain! He was on time, very efficient and totally professional. Although this is the only plumbing service I would EVER use, I am always impressed at how thorough they are and the pride they take in their workmanship!
We had aging/failing bases on two of our toilets. We had reached out to Professional Plumbing to see if they could help us with replacements. Their professionalism through the process was unmatched and the timely responses gave us the confidence that we wouldn't be left waiting. They made us feel like we were priority #1 and because of this, we've engaged them for other plumbing needs we had since, and have been impressed each time.
Professional plumbing did an awesome job on installing a tankless water heater for us. We had a water heater on the inside of our house and they put in a tankless. They gave us so much more closet Space. They were exactly what their name says professional and did a great cleanup job for all the work they did.
5 stars for plumbing service? YES! You know how it is when the kitchen sink starts to backup and the wife is freaking out because dirty water is everywhere, you need a plumber fast. Well, that was my experience with Professional Plumbing, fast and efficient service. And they even explained why we continually have the same problem - there's a drop or bow in the main line that gets filled up with heavy stuff like paper and grease.
