This company sells the Wolverine faucet, supposed to be professional grade. At 5 years of use, it won't swivel and hums. Representative Theresa Long said, "use WD-40" and then never responded to my calls or emails. Turns out warranty only 1 year (unlike other manufacturers, but the worst part is the lack of care about customers. I'll replace this with Price-Pfister or Moen - they care about customers.
